To follow a general Prayer Guideline:

To intercede is to pray (to stand in) for other people.

"Intercession is God's method to get His children involved in His plan for the world. We become involved in World evangelization during intercession" ~ Dick Eastmen

Seek guidance and inspiration from the Holy Spirit in prayer to guide you as to which nations to pray for, and enter into prayer by asking for:

  • The will/plan of God be done... in these Nations [Revelations 5:9]

  • Committed goers, senders and prayer warriors for these Nations

  • Mature Spiritual leaders anointed by the Holy Spirit

  • Salvation for the lost and unreached

  • Spiritual Revival & for extraordinary manifestations of God amongst those nations [healings, visions, dreams, revelations, miracles]

  • Protection for all persecuted Christians in those countries

  • Protection for all the missionaries [protection by the Blood of Jesus]

  • Sufficient Funding [Bibles, food, equipment, etc]

  • Read Psalm 66 and/or 67 aloud [proclamation]

  • We can also agree with the prayer in John 17 below as prayed by Jesus. [with regards to agreement see: Matthew 18:19]

Jesus - praying for His disciples/followers:

John 17:14-15
"I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
"I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one"

We need to spread the Good News to many unborn Christians.

  • Spend some quiet time in God's presense and follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Follow in obedience and pray - Ps 46:10

  • It is fullfilling to end this prayer session in worship and with praise with an expectancy for God's Power to be released in those coutries.

When we combine our faith with prayer... things start to happen!

The most noble form of love is to lead an unbeliever into prayer, ensuring his/her eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord

With whom should you share the Good News today?

Ask in prayer for a sensitivity of the Holy Spirit to guide you into sharing the Word of God. The Holy Spirit will place a desire in you to reach the right person at the right time.

Rev 12:11 says
"And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony"

Prayer

"LORD JESUS, forgive me for being so wrapped-up in the "thoughts and things" of this world. I want to be a witness. I want others to know You and experience Your grace (undeserved favour) in their lives. Use me to spread the Good News. Lord, let me be so amazed by what You reveal to me today through Your Word, Prayer,Worship or studies, that I won't hesitate to share my testimony with those who don't know You. In the precious Name of Jesus, Amen.
