How do I grow?

Follow the Jesus example. He is the Way. Look at His fruit. A walk in the Spirit, is a walk in faith . Jesus says to those who are thirsty… come and drink!

How do I develop my faith?

Romans 10:17 (KJV)
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”

Take action by

• Reading and studing the Bible
  (Personal study)

• Spending time in Daily Prayer
  (Direct communication with God)

• Listening to Gospel Cd's, DVD's and Movies

• Joining in fellowship with other Christians
  (church, small groups etc.)
• Spending time in Worship
  (personal and corporate -see worship page)
• Spreading the Word as an Ambassador, and sharing your testimony.
  (telling others about Christ - 2 Corinthians 5:20)

Ask the Holy Spirit to annoint you.

As a Christian you need to fill-up with the Holy Spirit – regurlarly. Just say : “Holy Spirit, please come and fill me up in Jesus' Name”- Amen

This empowers you in the Holy Spirit.

What will happen with a spirit-filled person?

• Your personal Bible study and prayer will become meaningful.

• You will have a personal intimate relationship with the Trinity.

• You will bear more fruits of the Spirit – see Galatians 5:22. As a Jesus follower, a Christian, you willl draw closer to God, and have a desire to bear the fruits of the Sprit

• You shall experience God's Power from above, (Gifts of the Spirit) and you will have a desire to be His witness – Acts 1:8

• You will experience the power of God in resisting temptations and sin.
  (Philippians 4:13; 2 Timothy 1:7; 1 Corinthians 10:13)

• You will be will be protected by His Blood and prepared for Spiritual warfare.
  (Ephesians 6:10-13; 1 Peter 5:7-9; James 4:7)

• You will lay down your old life and the ways of your old life
  (Ephesians 4:22,23)

• You will grow!
