Mission Statement

To know, worship and obey God according to His Word. To reach out and teach people, like we have been taught by our Lord, Jesus Christ. To restore and help people in the Name of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

  1. GOD

We believe in ONE God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ; 1Corintians 8:6) “I and My Father are one” (John 10:30;John 14:9) “And Jesus said to His followers that they should be baptized in the NAME (singular) of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit” - God is One: The Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is God.

  2. THE TRINITY

We believe in ONE God who is self-revealed in three persons - The Father, Son and Holy Spirit; who exists in Unity, and there is no other. Three eternal distinctions in ONE DIVINE BEING
("One substance, yet three eternal distinct persons" - Matthew 28:19)

  3. THE SON

We believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God , (true God and man) the only begotten of the Father, incarnated in the human flesh of the virgin Mary, through the power of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18-25; 16:16 Luke 1:34-35 John 1:14; 3:16)

We believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ, also called the Messiah, sent from God to be the Savior and Redeemer of the world/the total human race - humanity (John 3:16;Acts 4:12).

We believe Jesus Christ, (Immanuel) is God incarnate, He was and is truly God and truly man when He walked the earth. God the Father does not face sin, and Jesus (God) became the Redeemer of our sins. Before His human birth Jesus existed eternally as and with God (John1: 1-2; John 17:5 2Peter 1:1; Revelation 1:8). God created everything in the universe by and through Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:16, John 1:3)

We believe by God, Jesus was raised from the dead (Romans 6:4; Revelation 1:8)

We believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 1:4, Revelation 1:8 and Thessalonians 4:6)

We believe God gave Him (Jesus Christ) a name, which is above every name (Philippians 2:9-11)

We believe there is NO other mediator between God and Man (1Timothy 2:5). Eternal salvation is through Christ only. There is salvation in no one else! Only through Jesus. It is clear that there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which they must be saved. (Acts 4:12).

We believe Jesus is the only Way, truth and the life -“I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John14:6)

The Way - For no-one goes to the Father accept through Christ

The Truth - The Word of God is the truth ...in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1)

The Life - Salvation and eternal life is the gift of God, by God's grace, only through faith in Jesus Christ (Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8)

  4. THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that you receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit after repentance and by accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior, Lord and King (reborn-experience!).

We believe the church (the bride of Christ) is God's method of helping and restoring people in the Name of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe that this results in a releasing of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in order to build the Body of Christ and or the Church.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is empowering and that by the Holy Spirit, the believer is equipped for service and ministry.

We believe in the progressive work of sanctification (become born again or rebirth).

  5. SIN & SALVATION

We believe that God created man in His own image. We also believe that because man sinned. Through man's sin he incurred the penalty of death, first spiritual and then physical.

We believe that all human beings inherit a sinful nature, (imputed and or transferred sin – through the 1 st Adam) and due to this imperfection and impurity the human kind is in need of the Savior, Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is our Savior, He died for our sins. He paid the ultimate price on the cross, to become The sacrifice – that all who believe and trust in Him, receive imputed and or transferred justification (the gift of life through the 2nd Adam, Jesus Christ) by His bloodshed. He is righteous before God the Father (without sin, guilt or blame).

We believe that all who repent their sins, confess and receive Jesus Christ as their Savior, Lord and King are reborn again in the Holy Spirit. Thereby they become children of God. (John 3:3)

We believe in the resurrection of both the living (the just) and the dead (the unjust) and, in the eternal blessedness, or condemnation.

  6. THE BIBLE

We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old Testament and the New Testament alone, and therefore the entire Bible is The Word of God written, and inerrant in the autographs.

The Bible, the only infallible rule of faith and practice, is the inspired and only infallible
    Word of God .

We believe that the Old and New-Testaments (The Scriptures – consisting out of 66 books) in their original writings – are fully and Holy Spirit/Divinely inspired. We accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life.

The New Testament helps to protect God's children by ensuring that future generations have an accurate account of "The Way" (John 14:6)

  7. THE CHURCH

We believe in One True Church: Those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and who are reborn and or regenerated by the Holy Spirit (the Church started at the day of Pentecost) We believe new birth are essential to become a child of God. New birth grants true Church membership. Hereafter you belong to the Body of Christ (The Church) this happens after receiving the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Church is God's method of helping and restoring people in the Name of Jesus Christ, through the power working of the Holy Spirit.
(Christ died for people like you and me, – therefore the church' business is to help and restore people, and to fulfil the great commission)

    The Ordinances.

We believe that Jesus Christ appointed two ordinances,
    namely:

Baptism: A Believers declaration to the world regarding his personal relationship to God through Jesus Christ, partaking and identifying with the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. We believe all Christians are commanded to be baptized. (Matt 28:19)

The Lords Supper: Partaking of the emblems; the Bread (The physical body of Jesus, that was wounded for us) and the fruit of the Wine (the blood that Jesus shed for us). This is a time of reflection of the great sacrifice the Lord Jesus Christ made for us . A time of remembrance of His suffering and death and prophecy of His second coming - “until He come”
(see Luke 22:15-20 and Isaiah 53:4,5)

  8. THE JUDGEMENT

    W
e believe that there will be a resurrection of both the lost and the saved . To the one, there will be everlasting damnation, and to the other there will be everlasting Life with Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
